Interior Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design development:
a. Create innovative and functional architectural and interior design concepts.
b. Develop space plans, layouts, and conceptual drawings aligned with client requirements.

2. 3D rendering and visualization:
a. Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to showcase designs effectively.
b. Utilize advanced rendering software to present realistic visuals to clients.

3. Project estimation and BOQ preparation:
a. Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project cost estimates.
b. Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

4. On-time delivery and time commitment:
a. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
b. Maintain a strict adherence to project timelines and milestones.

5. Survey of existing properties:
a. Conduct site surveys to assess existing structures and gather measurements.
b. Ensure accurate documentation of site conditions for project planning.

6. Detailed drawings and documentation:
a. Prepare detailed working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
b. Develop comprehensive scheme drawings to guide project execution.
