1. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify potential international markets, trends, and growth opportunities
2. Assist in identifying and qualifying potential international clients (distributors, importers, retailers) through online research, industry events, networking, and cold outreach
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients by providing excellent customer service and support
4. Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate product offerings and value propositions
5. Support the International Business Development Manager in managing the sales pipeline, tracking sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams for timely order delivery
6. Assist in the preparation of export documentation and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure smooth and efficient export operations
7. Represent Vittles Exim at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and build brand awareness
8. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive insights
9. Assist in identifying and developing strategic partnerships with distributors, agents, and other key players in target markets
10. Stay updated on international trade regulations, compliance requirements, and market access issues
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in international business, marketing, business administration, or a related field
2. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in international trade and business development are encouraged to apply
3. Strong understanding of international trade procedures, export documentation, and logistics (willingness to learn)
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (willingness to learn)
8. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in other languages is a plus
