FOCUS is expanding operations in Tamil Nadu and other parts of India as well. For expansion, we require 15 international business managers (IBM).
Key responsibilities:
1. Learn and grow as our new joiners while we hire you as management associates and train and develop you holistically in all functional areas of business management.
Note: The training and development will be in the fields of marketing, HR, finance, and operations over a period of 6-12-18 months as per the following global training module (GTM): Progression will be from a business associate, HR trainee, team leader, assistant branch head to international business manager finally.
