We are a Texas-based healthcare company, CURIS RCM LLP, that provides revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions to our healthcare provider in the US, and is looking for customer support executives who can handle both international voice and non-voice process roles.
Role Description
This is a Part-time & Full-time on-site role for an International Customer Support Representative located in Nungambakkam, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to our international clients by responding to their inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
2. Resolving issues, tracking customer data, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

1. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
2. Experience in customer service, preferably in an international setting
3. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to problem-solve and work independently
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
8. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
