Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries, responding to customer questions, concerns and feedback. Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints or disputes, providing accurate and detailed information about product and services. Escalating and identifying complex issues to management for resolution. Building rapport, trust and loyalty with customers.
Languages
Excellent English communication must.
Minimum Qualification
Any Degree, Must produce photocopy of educational certificates and experience certificates at the time of joining.
Screening
HR Round, Assessment, OPS and Client round.
Salary:
2.00 LPA- 4.3 LPA

Work days
5 days, 24*7 Process- Rotational week off and shift
Work hours
Any 9 hours including one hour break- Cab will be provided. Transportation boundary limits must be considered.
