We are currently seeking a talented technical staffer to join our team for our international voice process division. This role requires exceptional English proficiency (spoken and written), as well as proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Excel.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate English proficiency (spoken and written) through interviews and written tests
2. Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and networking events.
3. Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who possess the required technical skills and experience
4. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical competencies, communication skills, and cultural fit
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation using MS-Office and MS-Excel
Requirements:
1. Exceptional English proficiency (spoken and written)
2. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Excel
3. Proven experience in technical staffing or a related field is preferred
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
