Shift Timings: 7 P.M to 4 A.M (Night Shift)

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
1-Generate leads through professional platforms.
2- Responsible for social media profile management, content creation, and engaging with followers to enhance online presence and brand visibility.
3- Proficient in managing CRM software to effectively track and nurture customer relationships.
4-Provide comprehensive administrative support, including email management, appointment scheduling, data entry, document preparation, Calendar Management.
5-Efficiently manage projects by coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.

Skills & Attributes:
1- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
2- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
3- Experience in using CRM will be a plus.
4- Strong project and time management skills
5- Update the calendar, scheduling meetings.
6- Must be able to perform administrative tasks.

Qualification Required:

Bachelors degree in marketing or business Administration or any Graduate.
