Intructional Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Define and document learning objectives
2. Design curriculum and content strategies
3. Ensure content matches established objectives
4. Reshape content for changing needs
5. Structure content and activities for optimizing learning
6. Develop entire courses and curriculum
7. Create student guides and training manuals
8. Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts
9. Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides/training manuals, facilitator guides, learning aids, etc.
10. Design content to optimize learning
11. Generate the layout of learning supports
12. Create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools

Skills:

1. Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Psychology, Communication, English, or a related field
2. Proven experience in instructional design and content development, preferably in e-learning or educational settings
3. Knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), theories (e.g., Bloom's Taxonomy, Constructivism), and strategies to enhance the learning experience
4. Exposure to experiential learning theories and their implementation
5. Awareness of current trends and developments in effective learning and development methods
6. Proficient in MS Office and authoring tools
7. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
8. Knowledge and experience in creating gamified learning is a plus
9. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet timelines, quality, and budget
10. Communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills to work effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
11. Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
12. Understanding of accessibility and universal design principles
