IoT Technical Support Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with large-scale IoT deployments, application development, and troubleshooting for international clients
2. Perform Root cause analysis, identify potential issues, and coordinate with the engineering team to resolve them
3. Ensure high availability of IoT services hosted on AWS infrastructure as a first responder on a rotational basis
4. Curate product feedback to improve the product experience
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering and business teams) to ensure customer needs are being met
6. Work on meeting monthly goals of CSAT and Productivity KPIs

Requirements:

1. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
3. Curiosity to learn new and advanced technologies - IoT/LPWAN
4. Proactive nature and ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
5. Manage customers expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
6. Have a good eye for accuracy and attention to detail
7. Active team player and self-starter who can quickly adjust priorities and possess a positive attitude towards work ethics
8. Always looking to refine your methods by collaborating with your manager and peers
9. Previous experience in IoT, LoRaWAN technology, or the things stack would be a plus
10. Any related certifications such as the things certification or LoRaWAN Academy would be a plus
11. Any AWS cloud certification would be a plus
12. Working proficiency in English - the ability to communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing is required
