4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
7. Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment metrics and progress towards hiring goals

• Bachelor's degree (BSC / BCA / Btech / BE (IT) (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Excellent command over English language both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (06:15 PM to 5:00 AM IST).
• Good health and the ability to maintain high energy levels during night time hours.
• Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus but not required
