About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and industries for IT services and consulting
2. Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and prospecting
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
4. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations
5. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IT services and consulting solutions
6. Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
8. Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand the global client base
9. Address unique challenges and opportunities of international markets
10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
11. Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities and threats
12. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
13. Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
2. Proven track record in enterprise sales and business development in the IT service and consulting sector
3. Strong knowledge of IT services and consulting solutions
4. Experience in international sales with a solid understanding of global markets and business cultures
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally
9. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
10. Proficient in market research and analysis
