IT Support Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications and connectivity.
3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
4. Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
6. Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance.
7. Collaborate with the IT team on projects and assist in improving processes and systems.
8. Monitor IT inventory and assist with procurement as needed.
