Key responsibilities:

1. Handle generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted web search, and e mail/telephone contact with potential customers
2. Prospect for new clients/lead generation
3. Do direct communication with customers via e mail and telephone (cold calling/warm calling) to promote Verdantis and its product range
4. Ensure qualification of sales leads to identify whether prospects' requirements are aligned with Verdantis product offerings
5. Establish and maintain an appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets for the onsite-US sales team
6. Do good market research and database building
7. Identify key decision makers within target organizations
8. Understand prospects' technology needs
9. Record of all sales activities in the CRM
10. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales pipeline

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role
2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Confident/Patience and perseverance

Note:

1. Proven track record of exceeding sales target
2. Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good & positive attitude
3. Ability to work alone or with a team, should be a quick learner and should be open to feedback
4. Work according to US time zone (Night Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM IST)
5. Good Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
6. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your line Manager
