At Matrix Digital, we are looking for a highly driven and experienced junior executive - social media coordinator to join our team. We want an enthusiastic and creative professional who knows social media marketing, YouTube ads, Facebook marketing, Facebook ads, and Instagram marketing.
As the junior executive - social media coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating social media strategies. We need you to be knowledgeable and proficient in various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Your primary role will be to support our marketing and brand initiatives by growing our online presence and strengthening our bond with customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create and implement social media campaigns that will engage our target audience
2. Monitor customer feedback, respond to queries, and troubleshoot customer issues
3. Analyze the performance of campaigns and create reports
4. Develop creative content in line with our brand objectives
5. Execute social media campaigns on various platforms
6. Strategize and develop higher engagement tactics
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media
8. Assist in managing Indian social media accounts and campaigns
9. Coordinate content calendars with a focus on Indian events
10. Engage with Indian followers and address their queries
11. Track and analyze social media metrics relevant to India
