2. Create purchase orders and send them to chosen vendors.
3. Material Requirement Request from concerned department.
4. Supervise orders and determine if product quantity is sufficient.
5. Monitor the status of orders and contracts.
6. Calculate all order costs and evaluate invoices for accuracy.
7. Track vendor payment due date-wise following.
