Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct audits of KYC verifications that have been processed by the team.
2. Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of KYC information gathered during merchant onboarding and periodic reviews.

c. Training and development:
1. Provide training and guidance to KYC operations staff on regulatory requirements and audit best practices.
