Key responsibilities:
1. Structure and disaggregate research requests, and suggest optimal research strategy
2. Conduct effective data searches across a wide variety of private and public sources
3. Apply a variety of qualitative and quantitative tools and frameworks to provide incisive insights and develop clear 'so-whats'
4. Demonstrate creativity in building visually appealing and well formatted slides
5. Storyboard the presentation to convey key messages and build a logical flow between slides
6. Perform effective quality checks and ensure that the deliverable is in a client ready format
7. Coach and mentor junior colleagues formally and informally
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
1. Graduate from leading educational institutes
2. 0-2 years of experience in business research and basic financial analysis
3. Exposure to analytical frameworks such as SWOT, Porter’s, PESTLE etc.
4. Experience in working on in-depth company profiles, industry profiles, newsletters etc.
5. Excellent PPT and Report Writing Skills
6. High proficiency in research databases such as Bloomberg, DialogPro, OneSource, Factiva etc.
7. Strong business acumen, excellent problem solving, and sharp analytical skills
8. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
9. The candidate must be willing to work on various areas of research, mostly secondary, with elements of primary as and when required
