Junior Architect Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and Development

Assist senior architects in creating design concepts and layouts.
Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and detailed plans using CAD software.
Conduct site visits and collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility.
Research and integrate sustainable building practices into designs.

2. BOQ Responsibilities:

Prepare, update, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for architectural projects.
Estimate materials, labor, and project costs with precision and accuracy.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure materials align with project specifications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates for materials and construction services.
Review contractor bids and assist in evaluating cost efficiency.

3. Project Coordination:

Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation.
Support in resolving on-site issues related to design and materials.
