We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Architect or interior designer to join our team at LC Architects. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and gain valuable experience in the field of architecture.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and present them to clients
2. Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and 3ds Max
3. Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications
4. Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations
5. Participate in site visits and client meetings
6. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
7. Proficient in MS-Office to prepare project presentations and reports
