1. Conduct thorough product and packaging quality inspections at the vendor's facility (Moradabad/Noida) to uphold the quality standards and specifications, as and when required
2. Perform visual inspections and measurements on semi-finished and finished products to identify defects, discrepancies, or deviations from quality criteria along with the external quality controller
3. Document inspection results accurately and comprehensively, including recording measurements, observations, and any non-conformances identified during the inspection process
4. Assist senior staff with market research activities, including gathering data, analyzing industry trends, and identifying market opportunities
5. Support senior staff with customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions
6. Provide administrative support to senior staff as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
7. Any other related tasks which may be assigned to you from time to time
8. Assist in graphic design for company s requirements on social media like LinkedIn and in preparation for presentations
