1. Collect and categorize the service documentation of manufacturers/sellers of equipment similar to MT, by manufacturer and product family
2. Create illustrations in .ai format and .eps format by using Adobe Illustrator
3. Create documents by using authoring tools like Schema ST4, InDesign
4. Work alongside the technical team to understand product features, document requirements and use knowledge to produce high-quality user documentation
5. Work on changes as per client requirements. Read the service documentation and understand the service instructions needed to calibrate and adjust the third-party products
6. Translate the service instructions to a specified Template using a library of symbols, icons, and pictograms
7. Proofread and upload the completed document to a document library
