Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for supporting the QA team in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the inspection and testing of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections and other QA-related documentation.
Follow and help enforce SOPs to ensure consistent quality across all processes.
Participate in internal quality audits and assist in the preparation of audit reports.
Collect, analyze, and report on quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure that all quality assurance activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues, working closely with production and other relevant departments.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a Science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related disciplines).
No prior experience required; internships or academic projects in quality assurance or related areas are a plus.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
