Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field and a master's degree is a plus
Proven experience in brand management, celebrity management, or a related role, preferably in the consumer goods, fashion, entertainment, or advertising industry
Strong knowledge of brand strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behavior
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with celebrities, partners, and internal stakeholders
Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Proficient in market research and analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer marketing trends
Understanding of legal and ethical considerations in celebrity endorsements and brand partnerships
Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
