Position Overview: As a junior brand solutions manager, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and creative teams. You'll be responsible for understanding client needs, conceptualizing effective branding strategies, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns that exceed expectations. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative vision, and excellent project management skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary liaison for all project-related communication and needs.
2. Design and implement customized branding strategies that align with client goals and market dynamics.
3. Work closely with internal teams, including design, content, and production, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategic branding initiatives.
5. Create and deliver impactful pitches, proposals, and reports that highlight innovative solutions and measurable results.
6. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction throughout.
7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, driving overall business growth.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience in branding, client management, or marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
2. In-depth knowledge of branding principles, consumer insights, and market trends.
3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
4. Strong multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
