Junior Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calls to prospective customers, including college students and working professionals
2. Work with organic leads provided by the company
3. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead and company requirements
4. Collaborate closely with the team lead for tracking performance and participating in regular reviews
5. Drive sales by utilizing excellent convincing and deal-closing skills to contribute to overall company growth
6. Adapt to flexible shifts based on customer availability

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field
2. 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the edutech industry
3. Experience targeting college students and working professionals for sales
4. Fluency in both Tamil and English
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proven ability to convince and close deals effectively
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with adaptability to change
8. Knowledge of IT courses and the technology sector is an added advantage
