1. Work on acquiring new leads/requirements and maintaining relationships with existing clients to enhance business relations
2. Generate requirements from new and existing clients through cold calling and email campaigns
3. Develop and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients and further account farming
4. Sell IT staffing, SOW-based services, solutions, and services to MSP/VMS & direct relationship-based clients
5. Work on closing IT clients
6. Generate business through new client acquisitions with both existing contacts and new leads
7. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations, and understanding account requirements
8. Work with leadership to close sales by building rapport with potential clients, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts
9. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules
10. Identify customer pain points by investigating problems, preparing scopes, and making recommendations to management
11. Make regular cold (sales) calls per day to potential clients
12. Engage in email campaigns to generate client interest and leads
Skills:
1. Strong ability to sell IT services and solutions, specifically IT staffing and SOW-based services
2. Familiarity with MSP/VMS models and direct relationship-based client management
3. Proficiency in lead generation and client acquisition through cold calling and email campaigns
4. Experience in building and managing the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing and account management
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch services and close deals
6. Good understanding of IT concepts and technologies (Good to have)
7. Proven track record in IT client acquisition and management (Good to have)
