The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating business through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively identify opportunities, submit compelling bids, and secure projects for the company.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Research and identify potential clients and markets
Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.)
2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
3. Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts
Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business strategy
