Key Responsibilities-:
1.Read and understand construction contracts of all kinds.
2.Document and analyze contract progress with regards to letter, drawings, site order books and delay analysis.
3.Build claims based on contractual obligations.
4.THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY WILL HAND HOLD THE CANDIDATE IN ALL OF THE ABOVE PERFORMANCES.

Other requirements

1.Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Management/ Civil Engineering/ BTech/ Commerce/ BTech/ Any other engineering or related field, with a thirst to learn.

2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluency in English is a must.

3.Must know how to operate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF).

4.Hard Working and dedicated.

5.Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and challenges.

6.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
