Junior CAD Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Review the architectural set (drawings/renders/other documents) prior to initiating submittals
2. Prepare a project start sheet to control the flow of submissions
3. Review new projects and develop concept designs and submittal drawings in 2D and 3D
4. Prepare staad analysis report
5. Work on structural analysis
6. Collaborate with team/client/architects for initial inputs/clarifications
7. Maintain committed schedule durations
8. Review all work products before submittal to the client
9. Maintain client engagement
10. Follow up with new clients to freeze the contract
