About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with NBFC regulations and RBI circulars
2. Monitor and report on the company's compliance with NBFC regulations and RBI circularr
3. Maintain and update corporate records, including board meeting minutes, annual reports, and other regulatory filings
4. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks
5. Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on NBFC regulations and RBI circulars
