BizExpress Advisors is a private limited company dedicated to providing comprehensive business support services. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CS Executive to join our team in our Mulund West, Mumbai office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitating company incorporation processes for various entities like Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, etc.
2. Handling annual return filings such as LLP 8, LLP 11, AOC 4, MGT 7, etc.
3. Maintaining records for Board Meetings (BM), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM), Annual General Meetings (AGM), etc.
4. Managing share transfer and issuance, as well as planning for ESOP, MSOP, CCPS, Debentures, iSAFE, etc.
5. Ensuring compliance with RBI regulations such as FLA, FCGPR, etc.
6. Drafting contracts and agreements as required.
7. Handling trademark applications and representing the company in hearings related to trademarks.
