Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects.
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
3. Make outbound calls through data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.
4. Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
6. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.

Training will be provided for an initial few days for an employee to understand the end-to-end process.

Other requirements

1. The candidate should have a BA/BBA/B.Tech degree.

2. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.

3. The candidate should have decision-making skills.

4. The candidate should know English and Hindi, and the languages Marathi, Tamil, and Kannada are optional but an advantage.

5. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office.

6. The candidate should be flexible for the day shift- (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).

7. The candidate should have comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays.

8. The candidate should have a laptop with a webcam and good speed internet connection is a must.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
