1. 0-2 years of related experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role preferred
2. Experience running and maintaining mission-critical online services on Linux
3. Experience in one or more scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Ruby, Python, Go)
4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and the real-time monitoring and alerting of Tier1 applications
5. Experience with infrastructure-as-code deployment methodologies and tools across multiple cloud platforms
6. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to make decisions when response time is critical
7. Strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues from a wide range of job functions
8. Creative person with the ability to think outside of the box and design innovative approaches to unique challenges
9. Goal-oriented with high standards for quality and performance
10. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
11. Must be highly analytical and detailed in planning, execution, and documentation of work
12. The ability to handle stressful situations, tight deadlines, and demanding initiatives
13. Experience operating in a high uptime service delivery environment
14. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
