Key responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, helping them understand product specifications, installation procedures, and troubleshooting issues.
2. Product Development Support: Design and development of new electronic products or modifications, contributing to prototyping and component selection.
3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, product specifications, and customer interactions, providing reports to senior engineers and management.
