Junior Engineer Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

a. Design & Development:
1. Assisting in the design and development of mechanical components and systems.
2. Using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) for drafting and modeling.

b. Analysis & Testing:
1. Performing basic calculations for stress analysis, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
2. Assisting in simulations and prototype testing.
3. Documenting test results and suggesting design improvements.

c. Manufacturing & Production Support:
1. Assisting in the manufacturing process by reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
2. Coordinating with production teams to ensure design feasibility.
3. Conducting quality checks and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

d. Project Assistance:
1. Supporting senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
2. Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for projects.
3. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

e. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
1. Assisting in maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
2. Identifying issues and proposing solutions for mechanical failures.
3. Keeping records of maintenance activities and system performance.

f. Collaboration & Learning:
1. Working with cross-functional teams, including electrical, civil, and production engineers.
2. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
3. Attending training sessions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
