Junior Graphic Designer Fresher Job

As a junior graphic designer, you will assist in designing visual content for various events. This role is ideal for a creative individual who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the events industry while working on diverse and engaging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Design creation:
Assist in creating event-related graphics including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media content.
Help develop event themes, logos, and promotional materials.

(b) Digital and print media:
Design assets for digital platforms such as social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
Prepare print materials and ensure they meet quality standards for production.

(c) Collaboration:
Work with senior designers, event planners, and clients to understand design requirements and objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for design concepts.

(d) Project support:
Support the design team with various tasks and projects as needed.
Assist in the review and revision process for design deliverables.

(e) Trend awareness:
Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the events industry.
Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor s degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
2. Experience:
a. 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with some exposure to event-related design work.
b. A basic portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.

Skills:

1. Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or other design software.
2. Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
