We are seeking a highly capable 'Junior HR Executive' to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
2. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department.
3. Develop training and onboarding material
4. Maintain office services through office operations and procedures.
5. Effective communication and organizational skills.
6. Monitoring all kinds of activities in the office.
7. Perform duties that will ensure the organization runs smoothly.
8. Support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
