Junior Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyzing and managing human capital data using HRIS systems
2. Managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with business processes related to HRIS

Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years of experience in HRIS
2. Analytical skills and experience with HRIS systems
3. Experience in human capital management and employee benefits administration
4. Understanding of business processes related to HRIS and compliance
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, or related field
7. Experience with ADP or other HRIS systems is a plus
