Key Responsibilities: The junior HR consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resource management support and assistance to clients. The key tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
2. Experience in HR management and handling employee relations
3. Understanding of HR policies and their implementation
4. Familiarity with labor and employment laws
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
7. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
8. Relevant certifications in HR will be beneficial
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 2,20,000 /year
