Junior Lawyer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling cases related to Conciliation and Arbitration
2. Correspond to the legal and other queries of parties, neutrals, and clients for smooth online dispute resolution through emails.
3. Documentation and sharing of draft Notices, Arbitral awards, Statements of Claims, applications, etc, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
4. Scheduling of hearing as part of Conciliation & Arbitration proceedings.
5. Preparation and updation of various sheets from time to time related to Conciliation and arbitration status, payment of fees for neutrals, arbitration fees for parties, etc.
6. Raising of invoices related to payments for arbitration and conciliation fees.
7. Several other ADR-related research and new judgments.
