Junior Lawyer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
2. Analyze and interpret legal documents to provide insights and recommendations
3. Prepare legal notices, contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents
4. Assist in drafting affidavits, wills, and deeds as per client requirements
5. Support senior lawyers in managing case files and maintaining proper documentation
6. Ensure timely submission of filings and compliance with court deadlines
7. Assist in client meetings and provide legal advice under senior lawyer supervision
8. Understand client concerns and help in gathering necessary information and evidence
9. Appear in courts, tribunals, or government offices for filing cases or representing clients under supervision
10. Take notes during hearings and prepare case updates
11. Coordinate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders such as advocates, registrars, and government officials
12. Work on cross-functional projects requiring legal input
13. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in transactions or litigation matters
14. Conduct due diligence for legal and regulatory clearances
15. Stay updated with new legal developments, amendments, and judgments
16. Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars as directed by the firm
