Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for image classification tasks.
2. Design and train models for object recognition in images using state-of-the-art techniques.
3. Build efficient systems for vector search to retrieve relevant text and image data.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing products and services.
5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning research and apply them to solve real-world problems.
6. Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance and scalability

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2. Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and algorithms.

3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

4. Hands-on experience with image classification techniques and frameworks like CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks).

5. Familiarity with object recognition algorithms and tools such as YOLO, SSD, or Faster R-CNN.

6. Experience with vector search methods and libraries for text and image data (e.g., FAISS).

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,500 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
