Junior Manufacturing Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the production of smart and magnetic stripe cards.
2. Support in maintaining quality standards and ensuring adherence to client requirements.
3. Learn and operate production machinery under supervision.
4. Ensure timely production and packaging based on client specifications.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and fulfillment processes.
6. Participate in training sessions to understand the security elements of contact, contactless, and dual-interface cards.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field (engineering, IT, or similar).
2. Eagerness to learn and grow in the smart card production industry.
3. Basic understanding of production processes (preferred but not required).
4. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
