About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Digital marketing & social media: Assist in creating, managing, and analyzing content across our social media platforms and digital channels. Contribute to developing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
2. Customer support: Handle incoming calls and queries from customers of our website, ensuring prompt and courteous responses. Assist customers with product information, order status, and other inquiries.
3. Content creation: Collaborate on the development of marketing materials, including product descriptions, social media content, etc. to effectively communicate our brand's value.
4. Market research: Research market trends, e-commerce, customer preferences, and competitors to support marketing strategies.
5. Order management: Assist with processing customer orders, coordinating with the logistics team, and ensuring timely delivery.
