Position Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and assist in driving our brand's presence. This role will involve creating engaging content, assisting with external branding communications, and supporting marketing strategies. You will work closely with our dynamic team to help craft and execute campaigns that resonate with our audience of parents and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the core team to create content for social media, email campaigns, and more
2. Assist in managing external communications and branding strategies to enhance our visibility
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
4. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
5. Help manage and update the content calendar for timely and relevant postings
6. Engage with the Miniture community on social platforms to build brand loyalty

Requirements:

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 17,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
