1. Providing accurate and efficient support to our customers with software systems by researching and identifying applicable solutions.
2. Confirming and reporting defects to the development team once the applicable analysis has been completed with the customer.
3. Supporting new and existing client software configuration over the phone/Skype/WhatsApp as well as via web-conferencing (desktop sharing) within established SLAs.
4. Being responsible for addressing customer issues and seeking a resolution and overall customer satisfaction.
5. Providing customer support over the phone, email, chat, etc.
6. Monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting.
7. Providing daily reports.
8. Writing technical documentation for product solutions knowledge base. Supporting all components and processes of the product and solution.
