Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively
3. Help coordinate the execution of client projects, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
4. Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and invoicing
5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients
6. Assist in drafting proposals and presentations for potential new business
7. Maintain client records and send periodic updates
8. Understand the products and services offered by the business to ensure their adequate delivery to clients
9. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Exhibit confidence and strong interpersonal skills
11. Work comfortably with flexible timings
