Junior Operations Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Apply for job postings on various job portals on behalf of clients, ensuring all application materials are complete and submitted accurately
2. Track and monitor applications, updating clients on their application status regularly
3. Ensure clients are smoothly onboarded by guiding them through our onboarding process and addressing any questions or concerns
4. Maintain accurate records of applications and client interactions in our database
5. Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information for applications
6. Collaborate with team members to improve application strategies and client onboarding processes
7. Provide regular updates to clients regarding their applications and onboarding status
8. Assist in other operational tasks as needed to support the team
