Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in day-to-day operations: Support the operations team with tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
2. Process improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
3. Project coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, events, or initiatives, ensuring timely completion and success.
4. Data analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and present findings to the team.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
