Junior Operations Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete review of the applicant profile including credit, income, assets, employment & medical health status to provide a summarized view of the risk.
2. Checking relevant databases and websites to prevent fraudulent profiles from getting into the system.
3. Maintain a working knowledge of all current underwriting guidelines and regulatory and reinsurance policies.
4. Effectively and quickly communicate any areas of concern with an application to mentors/supervisors.
5. Responsible for documenting all decisions to ensure each underwritten file meets the company s credit quality criteria and relevant guidelines.
6. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures follow the standard income and assets calculator, fill in the required tools, and correctly document the findings.
